Purpose
The Brico "BX" Seating Nipple is a generic copy of the Otis X nipple which has been in use for over 30 years world wide in a wide range of oil and gas wells. The BX nipple is a top no-go design, it was designed to provide a wide degree of downhole selectivity where an operator can place as many as required in the production / tubing string without a regard to a specific i.d. sequence. This provides the well planner / engineer with an unlimited number of positions for setting flow control devices in the production tubing, should well conditions change then another profile may be selected at variable levels within the tubing string.

*NOTE: Standard EUE connections, premium thread connections available on request. Brico seating nipples are manufactured as per NACE MR-01-75 standards. Also available in CRA materials as well as hard coatings.
